Yes.Fit has it's very own integrated tracker, so you don't have to have a fitness device!

  • From the home screen click on the clock icon at the bottom and click "Go"

  • This will immediately start the stop watch, so you can start logging your workout time.

  • Once you press stop, you will have an unassigned workout you then can place into one of your races.

Option 2

  • Once you are in the app, you can open the race you wish to assign a workout to

  • Click on "Device" at the bottom of the screen

  • Click "Add Workout"

  • From there you can assign a workout type, date and start time, distance in miles, as well as hours, minutes and seconds

  • Then click "Save"
