What I need to do to get a refund.

To request, a refund:

  1. Email customerservice@yes.fit

    2. Include the name and email address associated with the account, race name, and a copy of the receipt. Refunds must be requested within 30 days of the purchase. Please note some events are partner events and are not solely YES.FIT events. Events that are partner events will list the partner in the race description and may not be eligible for a full refund.
