I received my reward and it is damaged

If you receive a damaged reward in the mail we will replace the reward as long as you contact customer service at customerservice@yes.fit within two weeks of receiving the reward.

I have not received my reward package

For packages lost in the mail or are showing delivered and have not been received: claims must be submitted no later than 6 weeks after the shipping date to customerservice@yes.fit

Why hasn't my reward shipped?

Rewards for most races will ship once your race dashboard shows that the race has been completed.

How do you order an extra reward?

Extra rewards for an IR4 Buddy, a friend, or a minor that logged miles with you, message customerservice@yes.fit or simply click the chat bubble.

Can I purchase rewards for closed races?

No, unfortunately, races that have closed are not open to join or purchase rewards. However, We do occasionally have throwback days where we will temporarily open a closed race for a one-day out-of-the-vault purchasing opportunity.

Why did I receive my reward before I finished my race?

Turkey Trot and Bunny Hop medals are sent out early. Feel free to open as you see fit. Medal quantity is limited. The rewards are sent out for our other races as you complete the race.
