Why is my Fitbit not syncing?

The most common reason why we do not receive totals from Fitbit is that all permissions have not been selected. Fitbit will only send us totals if all are selected for the permissions.

Please note that if you finished a race today the Fitbit will not record to a new race until tomorrow.

Another reason Fitbit may not be pulling in totals is that the totals are stuck in your Fitbit app and never sent to the cloud. When this happens to send the workouts in the Fitbit app to the cloud simply open the Fitbit app near your Fitbit and pull down the screen to initiate a sync. The best way to tell if your Fitbit totals were not sent to the Fitbit API Cloud is to log into Fitbit.com via a web browser, not the app.

A best practice is to open up the Yes Fit app and Fitbit app daily to initiate a sync.
